Instructions to Fill-In Online Application Form

The applicant must read the following instructions before filling-in the Online Application Form:

  1. The applicant must use his/her own valid mobile number and email id. More than one applicant cannot use the same mobile number and email id. All future correspondences shall be made through the registered mobile number/ email id only.
  2. Documents to be scanned for uploading during online application:
    1. Admit Card of Madhyamik Examination/ Secondary Examination (for age proof) in JPG/JPEG format having size 100kb-300 kb.
    2. Marksheet of Madhyamik Examination/ Secondary Examination in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb-300 kb.
    3. Marksheet of Higher Secondary (H.S.) Examination in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
    4. All Marksheets (1st – 6th semester) of Hounours/ General Degree, as case may be, in JPG/JPEG format separately having size of each image 100 kb- 300 kb.
    5. All Marksheets (1st – 4th semester) of B. Ed., as case may be, in JPG/JPEG format separately having size of each image 100 kb- 300 kb.
    6. Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
    7. Certificate of Persons with disabilities (PWD), if applicable, in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
    8. Certificate of Economically Weaker Section (EWS), if applicable, in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
    9. Aadhaar Card in JPG/JPEG format having size 100 kb- 300 kb.
  3. Photo and signature to be scanned for uploading during online application:
    1. Applicant’s recent Passport size colour photograph in JPG/JPEG format having size 30 kb – 300 kb.
    2. Applicant’s signature in JPG/JPEG format having size 20 kb – 300 kb.
  4. Applicants should remember the following things while filling in the percentage of marks of Qualifying Examination (Graduation/Honours/B.Ed./B.Voc.):
    1. Percentage of only Honours subjects (core/DSE paper) should be filled in for Bengali, Education and History.
    2. ii. In case of application through B.Ed. (for Education), percentage of overall B.Ed. should be filled in.
    3. Percentage of overall Graduation/B.Voc. should be filled in for Journalism & Mass Communication.
  5. Incomplete applications shall not be considered for preparation of Merit list.
  6. Candidate should bear the responsibility for furnishing wrong information while filling in Online. Application Form. If any discrepancy is found (regarding the marks/ candidate’s details) at the time of document verification or at any stage in future then his/her candidature may be cancelled accordingly.
